General Information

Staff Training and Experience

Our staff are trained to work in secure & safe transportation, Physical Intervention, anger management, de-escalation of difficult situations, conflict management, communication skills (verbal & non-verbal), relationship building, first aid, functions of court, writing of reports, recognising the needs and behaviours of individuals and the responsibilities involved in working with Care workers and Medical Professionals.

New staff complete an induction programme and are provided with details of company policies and procedures. On the job training is also provided.

Enhanced Disclosure Checks (CRB)

All staff are fully vetted through the Criminal Records Bureau (Enhanced CRB checked before commencement of employment).

Staff Identity

All staff carry photo identity badges.

Our Health and Safety policy is of the highest standard and is regulated by Mentor Services.
