All of our staff are trained to work in all of the areas we cover, which means that they will all have training in Secure Escorting, Relationship building, communication skills (both verbal and non verbal), listening, active communication, conflict handling, de-escalation of difficult situations, secure & safe transportation, procedures and appropriate behaviour in courts; hospitals and homes, recognising the needs and behaviours of different patients and the responsibilities involved in working with medical, nursing and social services professionals.

Alex's legal training also means that the smaller details are never overlooked. This applies from the work within the office to the service the escorts provide on the ground. She believes that it is the small details that are often the most important. |

Karen's main responsibility is to ensure that our driver and escort jobs are co-ordinated to suit the needs of our customers as well as to ensure that the office is run smoothly and efficiently. Karen is also involved in the running of the placements. |

Through our sister company we can provide fully trained and professional Appropriate Adults, like all of our services this is available twenty four hours a day, seven days week.
